If something's wrong, we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Sizing & changed your mind: because every item is printed to order just for you, we can't accept returns for size or preference. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering ; and if you're between sizes, size up.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll reprint or refund.

Cancellations: orders go to print quickly; contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel if it hasn't entered production.
